THE PROBLEM: Privacy screens are pretty one-dimensional...
As open-plan offices risen in popularity, privacy screens emerged as a simple solution to create personal space, minimise distractions, and provide privacy. While effective at providing basic separation, they have changed very little despite the way we work continuing to evolve.
Today's workplaces demand more than just privacy.
Hybrid work, agile teams, and activity-based working require solutions that can adapt to changing layouts while providing functionality. Yet most privacy screens remain fixed in size and function, making them difficult to reconfigure as workplace needs change.
Beyond functionality, traditional privacy screens also offer little opportunity for personalisation or visual expression. Typically limited in colours, they often leave workspaces looking generic and provide few ways for users to make their workspace their own.
