Even with two experienced installers and power tools, most integrated benches in the market require at least 60 minutes to assemble. Installers must work with the bench upside down, navigate tight blind spots that restrict tool access, and fasten a total of 100+ screws. Beyond assembly, mounting power beams and organising power and data cables add further complexity—particularly in workstations supporting multiple electronic devices.
Beyond the installer experience, lengthy assembly has a direct financial impact. With high labour costs arising post-pandemic, reducing installation time therefore benefits not only installers, but also dealers, businesses, and end users alike.
